Jen studied fine art for several years after high school and then turned to majoring in applied psychology, religion, and metaphysics. Jen has compiled the knowledge through art, traditional studies in psychology as well as spiritual studies through transpersonal psychology and spiritual energetic healing modalities. As a Guiding Light she helps Kindred Souls to understand their journey to inner growth and spiritual development through one-on-one and group discussion and energetic healing modalities.

Just two minutes of this can reduce anxiety and sharpen focus by signaling your body’s relaxation response. 1.Mindful Sipping: Take a two-minute break to savor your tea, coffee, or water. Pay attention to the warmth, flavor, and sensation as you sip—just as in mindful eating practices. This simple act grounds your attention in the present moment, easing stress and creating a calm mental space, even amid a hectic day. 2. Power Posing: Strike a power pose —stand tall, shoulders back, and arms strong—for just two minutes. This simple posture can boost confidence and elevate your mood almost instantly. 3. CUTTING CORDS

Cutting Ties doesn't mean you have to leave the relationship

"Cutting cords does not necessarily mean that you have to leave the relationship. It is a personal decision that can be made for various reasons, such as the need for personal growth, healing, or setting boundaries. The act of cutting cords is often seen as a way to release unhealthy energy or attachments that are no longer serving you. This can include emotional, physical, or spiritual connections that may be draining or toxic.
While cutting cords can lead to a transformation of the relationship, it does not always mean that the relationship ends. In some cases, the other person may experience a range of emotional responses, even if they are unaware of the spiritual act. They might feel a sudden sense of loss, confusion, or emptiness, as the energetic connection they relied on is disrupted.
The impact of cutting cords can be subtle or dramatic, depending on the depth of the bond. The other person may feel a sudden lightness or, conversely, a heaviness as their energy system adjusts. If the cord was a source of draining energy, they might experience a boost in vitality as the connection is released.
Ultimately, the decision to cut cords is a personal one that should be made with care and consideration for both parties involved. It is important to approach the process with a clear intention and intentionality, ensuring that the decision is made from a place of love and healing, not anger or resentment."

The frequency of our chakric vibrations determines the direction of our energy flow as they either draw energy into our body or release it outward. The condition of the Chakric System influences our lives to be in or out of balance on a daily basis.

Art-making can evoke a "flow state," where we become fully immersed in the creative process, losing track of time and self-consciousness. This state of deep concentration mirrors the qualities of meditation, offering a pathway to inner peace and balance. Additionally, expressing emotions through art can be therapeutic, providing an outlet for feelings that may be difficult to articulate in words. Creating without judgment—embracing imperfections and letting go of expectations—cultivates a non-judgmental awareness, a key component of meditation.
